3. User Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login secure. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access. We are not liable for account misuse.

4. Payment and Credits

Artivo uses subscriptions and credits. By purchasing, you agree to the fees. Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

4.1 Credit Usage

Actions like image generation or animations consume credits based on your plan. Credits may not roll over unless stated.

5. AI-Generated Content and Ownership

You own your input prompts. We grant you rights to use generated content, unless restricted by third-party laws. Outputs are not exclusive and Artivo does not ensure uniqueness.

6. Intellectual Property

All IP rights to Artivo’s tools, software, and branding belong to us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Artivo may link to or integrate third-party tools. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You must stop using the Service upon termination.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee uptime, error-free content, or legal compliance of your outputs. Artivo offers no legal, medical, or financial advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to what you paid in the last 6 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Artivo and its team against claims from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the changes. The updated Terms will include a new effective date.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
